MaxMara in Paramus is seeking a Client Experience & Customer Service professional to deliver an elevated, personalized client experience in our luxury retail setting. You will act as a trusted style advisor, support stylists, and step in for store management when needed.

You will proactively grow your client book, hit sales and KPI targets, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with colleagues and corporate partners to sustain premium service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of retail experience, luxury retail strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver high-level client experiences and meet KPI targets.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
