Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong communication.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide personalized service.
• Build and maintain client relationships and capture client information.
• Support client appointments, inquiries, special requests, and events.
• Assist with boutique setup, inventory counts, audits, and visual standards.
