Reporting to store management, the Client Advisor will inspire our clients with passion for the brand, fashion and luxury products. As an expert in client engagement, you will demonstrate styling knowledge and selling expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
• Experience in clientelling and delivering personalized service.
• Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
• Excellent product knowledge and styling expertise.
• Team player with confident communication and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store sales and KPIs.
• Provide luxury service and demonstrate knowledge in product, fashion and styling.
• Follow the client journey from discovery to sale and post-sale care.
• Maintain high visual and stockroom standards in front and back of house.
• Build and grow the client book through appointments and follow-ups.
