Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
• Experience in Clientelling.
• Strong interest in fashion, art and culture.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of store operations.
• Experience working in a team.
• Fluent in local language; English proficiency is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
• Through storytelling and passion for the brand, inspire clients and create desire and loyalty.
• Provide a luxury service and demonstrate knowledge in product, fashion and styling.
• Follow the client journey to elevate the client experience in-store.
• Be efficient in following up and delivering after-sales service.
• Contribute to daily store operations, maintaining luxury standards and stockroom management.
• Follow company policies and use visual techniques to maintain Burberry standards.
• Foster teamwork and a positive work climate.
