Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
• Experience in Clientelling.
• Strong interest in fashion, art and culture.
• Fluent in local language; English proficiency is desirable.
• Energetic, proactive and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
• Inspire clients with brand passion and create desire during interactions.
• Provide luxury service with product, fashion and styling knowledge.
• Follow client journey to elevate the experience from first impression to close of sale.
• Deliver after-sales service and maintain high luxury standards in store operations.
• Support inventory, replenishment and visual standards per Burberry guidelines.
• Foster teamwork and a positive work climate.
