Job summary

Burberry in New York seeks a Client Advisor to build relationships with new and existing clients, delivering a personalized and elevated experience with commercial success.

Reporting to store management, you will inspire clients with a passion for the brand, fashion and luxury, delivering expert styling and selling while upholding Burberry's luxury standards in-store and online. You will work by appointment to grow loyalty, capture new clients and contribute to daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
• Experience in Clientelling.
• Interest in fashion, art and culture.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of store retail operations.
• Understanding of competitor products.
• Experience working as part of a team.
• Fluent in local language; English proficiency desirable.
• Other language knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store sales and other commercial KPIs.
• Inspire clients with brand storytelling to create desire and loyalty.
• Provide luxury service with product and styling expertise.
• Follow the client journey to deliver a premium experience and close sales.
• Maintain high luxury standards in front and back of house; assist with stock and replenishment.
• Follow company policies and Burberry visual standards; foster teamwork.
• Foster teamwork and a positive work climate.
• Build meaningful relationships with Clients.
• Work by appointment to provide a personalized service and grow the client book.
• Drive client retention through regular follow-up and engagement.
