You will deepen client relationships, capture data, and contribute to store goals while providing memorable experiences and upholding TEI standards.

Candidates should have luxury retail experience, strong communication skills, Mandarin preferred, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or hospitality.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• Mandarin Speaking.

• Represent the Tiffany brand in client interactions and drive sales.
• Develop client relationships and exceed sales plans.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences with the Tiffany Touch.
• Maintain hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and capture TEI feedback.
