Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury goods.
• Strong business drive, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent customer service across in-person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to operate store equipment, stand for extended periods, lift at least 30 pounds.
• Ability to follow store security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide memorable client experiences, product recommendations, and styling guidance.
• Resolve client issues in partnership with boutique leadership and support business results.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, visual presentation, and housekeeping.
• Locate merchandise across boutiques, process charge-send sales, and maintain assigned stock.
• Participate in inventory counts, protect boutique assets, and assist with packing or wrapping merchandise.
