Job summary

Maria Pinto is seeking a Luxury Client Advisor for our River North Boutique in Chicago to elevate the shopping experience by assisting clients in person and digitally throughout the day.

You will partner with our back-of-house planning team to provide insights from client interactions to help shape future collections and to deliver personalized styling experiences that reflect the brand’s modern urban edge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience in women’s ready-to-wear.
• Experience with POS and CRM solutions.
• Ability to build client relationships and provide personalized styling experiences.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals.
• Grow and develop client base through in-store and digital outreach, reactivating past clients.
• Maintain up-to-date client profiles and trust as a knowledge source on products, promotions, events, and policies.
