Responsibilities

• Assist the Personal Stylist with selling appointments and ringing transactions at POS.
• Manage post-appointment follow ups, order tracking, alterations, and notes.
• Organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects and experiences for top clients.
• Enter and maintain precise client information and profiles.
• Support digital selling and social media presence.
• Ensure unsold merchandise is returned to stock and rooms are tidy.
• Support the team to deliver a memorable luxury shopping experience.
