Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Personal Stylist Assistant to support a luxury retail team in Chicago. You will help with client communication, outfit recommendations, and operational tasks during selling appointments, reporting to your assigned Personal Stylist.

This on-site role requires at least 2+ years of tech/digital tool experience, fashion retail exposure, and a flexible schedule to thrive in a dynamic, growth-driven environment. An employee discount is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with technology and digital tools.
• Experience in fashion retail is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing selling appointments and processing transactions at POS.
• Complete post-appointment follow up, including order tracking and alterations.
• Help organize appointment scheduling and experiences for Top Clients.
• Enter and maintain precise clientele information.
• Assist with digital selling and social media presence.
• Ensure unsold merchandise is returned to stock.
• Maintain cleanliness of fitting rooms.
