MaxMara in Beverly Hills seeks a Client Experience & Customer Service professional to act as a trusted style advisor, support stylists, and step in for store management when needed. Build client confidence through engaging, relationship-driven selling and proactively grow a loyal client book.

You will strive to meet conversion, loyalty, and KPI targets, resolving client concerns swiftly while upholding brand integrity and delivering polished, professional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of luxury retail experience.
• Proven success in luxury or high-end environments.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment.
• RTW and/or footwear experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted style and brand advisor, supporting clients and stepping in when needed.
• Build client confidence through engaging, interactive selling experiences.
• Proactively acquire new clients while nurturing an existing client book and meeting loyalty goals.
• Resolve client concerns swiftly while prioritizing satisfaction and brand integrity.
• Anticipate client needs and exceed expectations without hesitation.
• Maintain a polished, professional presence while supporting store initiatives and objectives.
