Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience selling Women’s and Men’s ready-to-wear.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, clienteling and CRM proficiency.
• Professional presentation and commitment to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable client service and act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and outreach
• Tailor the sales experience and mentor colleagues to ensure a smooth sales ceremony
• Use CRM tools to monitor, update and grow client relationships and source new clients
• Demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge to support selling and client retention
• Assist with merchandising and maintenance of the sales floor to uphold brand presentation
