Acne Studios is seeking a full-time Client Advisor for our Greene Street store in New York. You will work closely with your team to nurture loyal customer relationships, drive sales and deliver an exceptional shopping experience through attentive, personalised service.

In this role you will manage omni-channel services, welcome customers, guide them through a seamless journey, hit sales and clienteling targets, and maintain store procedures and inventory accuracy.

Formación

• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Fluent in English; strong communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and drive sales with a client-centric approach.
