Job summary

Vilebrequin, founded in St. Tropez, seeks a Client Advisor to elevate the luxury shopping experience in New York. You will welcome clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the heritage of the brand with storytelling and top-tier service.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll cultivate relationships, participate in clienteling, and help drive sales while maintaining store standards and collaborating with the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury or a hospitality setting.
• Desire to work in a retail setting, with a focus on sales.
• A professional, welcoming character and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Immediately welcome customers and proactively offer assistance.
• Provide a dynamic service presence at the location.
• Ask appropriate questions to identify customer needs and guide them accordingly.
• Know store layout, current merchandise, and direct customers to the right area.
• Deliver luxury clienteling to provide the best customer experience, in-store and digitally.
• Support store operations including deliveries, merchandising, and POS processes.
