The role emphasizes relationship-building, knowledge of product, and seamless service across events, shipping, alterations, and client books. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; prior experience in luxury retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a retail setting with a sales focus, preferably luxury.
• Proficient with computers and familiar with various software packages.
• Candidates with established client books are strongly preferred.
• Desire to work in retail with a sales-focused mindset.
• Passion for luxury products and design.
• Tech savvy with ability to learn software programs.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales and transaction value.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Capture all relevant customer information for entry in database.
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
• Maintain and expand a client book.
• Follow up on shipping, alterations, or other client-related issues.
• Assist with store housekeeping and image maintenance.
• Support shipping, receiving and inventory control as requested.
