Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a CELINE Client Advisor for the Bal Harbour Shops store opening. You will represent the brand, deliver product expertise, and build strong client relationships to drive personal sales.

Maintain the store image, assist with shipping and receiving, and contribute to achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred.
• Computer literate and tech savvy with ability to learn various software programs.
• Service-oriented with strong customer focus and passion for luxury product and design.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; foreign languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
• Capture and maintain customer information and grow a personal client book.
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes and follow up on client needs.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, alterations, inventory control, and general store housekeeping.
