Job summary

Macy's, Inc. seeks a Manager, Luxury Selling & VIC Activations to drive planning and execution of high-end client experiences within Bloomingdale's.

You will oversee the VIC Activations calendar, coordinate with Customer Strategy, Stores, Marketing, Merchants and Vendors, and provide on-site leadership to elevate client engagement. The role requires passion for luxury retail, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• XXXX+ years of luxury retail, client development experience with a passion for customers and developing luxury experiences.
• Outstanding relationship orientation with clients, sellers, vendor partners and key stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high level of creativity and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and manage timelines.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage VIC Activations Planning Calendar, Playbook and Reporting to ensure clarity of strategy, execution and results.
• Lead cross-functional team on seasonal planning and ongoing touchpoints in support of VIC Activations.
• Plan and execute activations with stakeholders to meet/exceed client expectations.
• Provide on-site support of activations in the field, engaging sellers and hosting clients.
• Collaborate with Customer Strategy and Data Analytics to optimize reporting and cadence.
• Create materials that support VIC Activations internally and externally.
• Manage programs to optimize access to luxury assortments.
• Manage internal concierge network to unlock access to luxury assortments.
• Partner with Product & Styling Expertise to develop content and programming.
• Work with Selling Strategy to maximize Little Brown Book selling tool in the luxury category.
