Job summary

Cinépolis USA is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead BOH operations in our theater locations in Florida. You will hire, coach, and train kitchen staff, ensure food safety, maintain recipes, and uphold company standards while managing costs and schedules.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of kitchen management, a culinary arts background, and a Food Manager Certification. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of kitchen management experience.
• Culinary arts degree preferred.
• Food Manager Certification required.
• Willingness to work holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership for all back-of-house staff.
• Hire, coach, and train kitchen staff and manage equipment.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and recipe adherence.
• Maintain FIFO, proper storage temperatures, and quality controls.
• Oversee daily opening, mid, and closing procedures and cost controls.
• Schedule kitchen staff based on theater occupancy and movie schedule.
