Coach is a global fashion house based in New York and part of the Tapestry family. We are seeking a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional customer experience at the cashwrap, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring operational accuracy while supporting team development.

As part of a luxury retail team, you will promote the Insider Program, handle returns and repairs, and maintain an organized, compliant register area. You will also train fellow cashiers while upholding Coach Service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
