indiGO Auto Group’s Audi Rancho Mirage dealership is hiring a full-time Audi Sales Consultant to join our team in a fast-paced, luxury-brand environment. You will engage customers, present offers, and complete paperwork to finalize vehicle sales while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years automotive sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and math skills; these may be tested.
• Ability to be insured to operate a motor vehicle.
• Focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Self-motivated and diligent.

Responsibilities

• Make regular customer contacts by the methods directed by management.
• Maintain records of customer contacts and report progress to the sales manager.
• Obtain training for factory qualifications and product knowledge.
• Perform regular contacts with previous customers and report performance to the sales manager.
• Take test-drives with customers according to safety guidelines.
• Present offers from customers to management for vehicle purchases.
• Prepare and process paperwork to finalize the sale.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and handle trade-ins as directed.
• Arrange the first service appointment and follow up with customers.
