indiGO Auto Group's Audi Rancho Mirage team is hiring a full-time Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles in a fast-paced, quality-driven shop.

You will work with a cohesive team, follow factory guidelines, review history and campaigns, and collaborate with dispatch and advisors. The role offers steady opportunities for growth, paid training, and a compensation mix of base pay and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of service technician experience.
• Audi service technician experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Completion of technical training school or factory apprentice program.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and diagnose; report required work and seek authorization.
• Review vehicle history and campaigns; note proposed work.
• Request parts and complete repairs after authorization.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
