Job summary

Nemacolin, a luxury resort in Pennsylvania, seeks a Butler to deliver highly personalized guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Concierge, and other departments to anticipate needs and ensure a seamless stay, while maintaining discretion and a warm, professional presence.

The role emphasizes guest relations, confidentiality, and meticulous attention to detail, with a schedule that includes nights and weekends in a dynamic resort

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two years customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent English communication with guests, colleagues, and business partners.
• Ability to learn and use Microsoft Office, HOST, and other systems to document guest experiences.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18+ and able to bend and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guest experiences from arrival through departure.
• Coordinate across departments to fulfill guest preferences and requests.
• Assist with luggage, room preparations, amenities, and personal services.
• Maintain accurate guest preferences and service recovery notes.
