Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, housekeeping, porter services, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining attractive surroundings.
• Dependability, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
• Professional and courteous communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to changing cleaning needs.
• Ability to follow written cleaning schedules and established procedures.
• Ability to safely operate standard cleaning equipment.
• Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Availability to work assigned daytime shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and cleaning rounds of the lobby, entrances, elevators, corridors, and other assigned common areas.
• Maintain clean, polished entrances throughout the day.
• Remove fingerprints, smudges, debris, and other visible marks from glass, doors, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Spot-clean floors, walls, furniture, and other high-traffic areas as needed.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and perform routine cleaning duties as assigned.
• Maintain the cleanliness of elevator interiors and fixtures.
• Inspect and refresh common-area restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Assist with setting up and restoring amenity spaces for resident activities.
• Communicate repair needs to appropriate department.
• Greet residents and guests courteously; respond to requests.
• Work collaboratively with Lead Housekeeper, concierge team, and management.
