Page AMG seeks a dependable, detail-oriented Evening & Weekend Building Services Attendant (Porter) to maintain a luxury Buckhead high-rise. You will help keep lobbies, restrooms, and common areas clean and polished for residents and guests.

Reporting to the Lead Housekeeper or Assistant General Manager, you will work evenings and weekends, with additional shifts as needed, delivering courteous hospitality and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, attractive surroundings.
• Dependability and punctuality with the ability to work independently.
• Professional and courteous communication skills.
• Ability to follow written cleaning schedules and established procedures.
• Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and products.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lobbies, entrances, hallways, elevators, and other common areas.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and maintain clean surfaces.
• Clean glass doors, mirrors, countertops, and frequently touched surfaces.
• Remove fingerprints, smudges, spills, and debris in common areas.
• Maintain amenity spaces, lounges, meeting rooms, and fitness areas.
• Inspect areas and address cleanliness concerns promptly.
• Ensure building presentation is maintained during evening/weekend hours.
• Escort residents and guests courteously and respond to reasonable requests.
