Job summary

Euroline Steel Windows in Yorba Linda, CA, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to expand the brand in the Los Angeles luxury residential market. You will develop new channels with dealers, architects, and contractors, promoting the Euroline Luxury Experience through training and field engagement.

You will manage a field-based schedule 3-4 days per week, maintain a disciplined CRM, track opportunities, and drive quota attainment.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales within a long-cycle, relationship-driven environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and drive revenue in a territory.
• Ability to manage a CRM pipeline and coordinate with dealers, architects, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline, tracking opportunities and next steps through to close.
• Meet or exceed territory sales quota and revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Qualify and assign incoming leads to dealers within 24 hours, then track progress through the sales cycle.
• Build deep relationships with dealer representatives, architects, and contractors to advance the sales process.
• Deliver dealer trainings and architectural presentations to raise product knowledge and close rates.
• Coordinate internal resources to support account needs and resolve issues.
