• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service in luxury retail, bridal or high-touch client experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling client information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and composure.

Responsibilities

• Greet bridal clients and provide a polished, personalized experience.
• Schedule consultations, fittings, comebacks, and client pickups.
• Support stylists during appointments and coordinate with operations.
• Maintain showroom standards, inventory, and back‑of‑house processes.
• Coordinate with alterations and other departments for seamless fittings.
