Shinola is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Denver to deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store. You will become an expert on Shinola products, connect guests with premium timepieces and leather goods, and nurture relationships through proactive outreach.

Ideal candidates are joyful, humble, and adaptable to a high-change environment, with a passion for helping guests and building the next great American brand. 18+ years old. On-site role with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate hospitality to team members and guests.
• Become an expert on the Shinola brand and products.
• Connect guests with product meant to be lived in, well loved, and worn out.
• Build in-store relationships through meaningful outreach to guests.
• Learn new technologies like Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook & Teams, Zipline.
• Keep the store clean, presentable, and stocked.
• Adhere to Time & Attendance policies and Standards of Conduct.
