Exemplar Luxury Group seeks a Brand Manager for Schiaparelli at Bergdorf Goodman. You will lead a high-performing team, drive exceptional sales results, and ensure a world-class client experience. You will bridge strategic visions between two luxury brands to exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities include brand alignment, buyer collaboration, clienteling growth, and executing events. The role requires 4–6 years in luxury retail and a 4-year degree, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or fashion.
• Proven ability to achieve boutique sales goals and KPIs.
• Growth of VIC retention and emerging seller revenue.
• Strong talent development and team retention in a boutique.
• Basic proficiency with Google Workspace; advanced preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic brand alignment between Schiaparelli and Bergdorf Goodman.
• Drive business development, increase sales, and maximize market share.
• Participate in seasonal buys and optimize inventory receipts.
• Develop and coach boutique leadership and sales staff; succession planning.
• Design VIC strategies and manage client-facing events and experiences.
• Ensure elite visual standards and coordinate product training.
