• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.

Responsibilities

• Choose assignments and align missions with your preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online, engaging with sales associates in stores or online from home.
• Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
• Provide honest feedback through questionnaires on our platform.
