Job summary

CXG invites you to join as a luxury brand evaluator, exploring premium fashion, beauty, jewelry, and automotive brands. You will discreetly assess customer experiences, visiting stores or evaluating online from home, then provide structured feedback to help brands improve.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Observant and passionate about customer experience.
No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.

Responsibilities
