Job summary

CXG is seeking professional luxury brand evaluators to discreetly assess customer experiences across fashion, beauty, jewelry, and automotive brands. You will visit stores or evaluate online, provide candid feedback, and help brands refine their services.

Flexibility and regular opportunities to participate in missions are offered. Evaluators work with luxury labels like Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, and more, earning compensation per mission and possible reimbursement on purchases.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.

Responsibilities

• Choose assignments that align with your preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online and interact with sales associates.
• Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
• Provide honest feedback through our platform using questionnaires.
