Job summary

CXG is seeking a luxury brand evaluator to discreetly assess customer experiences across boutiques and online channels. Your insights help premium brands refine services while you work on flexible assignments from home or on-site as needed.

Each mission lasts about 20 minutes with opportunities to complete multiple assignments per month. You will receive compensation for your time and, where applicable, reimbursements for approved purchases.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (21+ in the United States).
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.

Responsibilities

• Choose your assignments - align your missions with your preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online - engage with sales associates in stores or online from home.
• Observe carefully - assess ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
• Provide honest feedback - share observations through questionnaires on our platform.
