CXG is a global luxury-focused customer experience consultancy connecting premium brands with evaluators worldwide. As a luxury brand evaluator, you will discreetly assess customer experiences, visiting stores or evaluating online to provide actionable feedback that helps brands refine services.

Assignments are flexible, with multiple missions per month; you will receive compensation for your time and input, and purchases may be reimbursed per mission brief.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ (21+ in the United States).
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Choose assignments by alignment with your preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online from home; engage with sales associates as needed.
• Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
• Provide honest feedback via questionnaires on our platform.
