CXG invites you to join a global network of evaluators shaping premium brand experiences. As a luxury brand evaluator, you discreetly assess in-store and online interactions, providing insightful feedback to help luxury brands refine their services.

Each assignment is short, around 20 minutes, and you can complete several per month from anywhere. We welcome genuine customers with a passion for customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older in the United States.
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience required; honest feedback from genuine customers is valued.

Responsibilities

• Choose assignments aligned with your preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online from home.
• Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
• Provide honest feedback via questionnaires on our platform.
