Job summary

CXG is a global customer experience consultancy connecting premium brands with evaluators worldwide. You choose assignments that fit your preferences and profile, visiting luxury stores or evaluating online from home.

Each mission takes about 20 minutes, with frequent opportunities to work with prestigious brands. No prior experience required; you provide honest feedback through our platform, CXG Live, and get paid per mission.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older (21 years or older in the United States).
Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Observant and passionate about customer experience.
No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.

Responsibilities
