Job summary

Customer Experience Group - CXG is seeking a luxury brand evaluator to discreetly assess in-store and online experiences for premium brands. You will provide candid feedback that helps brands refine service levels across fashion, beauty, jewelry, and automobiles.

Assignments are flexible, with short in-store visits and the potential for multiple missions per month. No prior experience is required; beginners welcome, with reimbursement options for purchases as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (21 years or older in the United States).
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands is preferred.
• Not under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.

Responsibilities

• Visit luxury stores or assess online experiences and provide honest feedback.
• Complete questionnaires through the CXG platform to document observations.
• Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience during each assignment.
• Coordinate with CXG on mission details and timing to maximize flexibility.
