Assignments are flexible in timing, with opportunities to work on multiple missions per month for prestigious brands worldwide.

No prior experience is required; simply be punctual, observant, and enthusiastic about customer experience. Must be 18+ (21+ in the US) and actively a customer of premium brands.

Responsibilities

• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online and provide honest feedback.
• Complete questionnaires to share observations on ambiance and service.
• Collaborate with CXG platform to manage missions and feedback.
• Schedule and complete multiple assignments as available.
