Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ in the United States.
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience required; honest feedback valued.

Responsibilities

• Choose your assignments aligned with personal preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online from home; engage with sales staff or online interactions.
• Observe ambiance, service quality and overall customer experience.
• Provide honest feedback through questionnaires on our platform.
