Job summary

CXG is seeking evaluators to assess luxury brands across fashion, jewelry, beauty, and automotive sectors. You will choose assignments, visit stores or evaluate online, and provide honest feedback to help brands improve customer experiences. Work flexibly from home or on-site with missions across the luxury market.

No prior experience required; must be 18+ and a current customer of premium brands. Compensation depends on mission complexity, with potential reimbursements for purchases and the CXG

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Observant and passionate about customer experience.

Responsibilities
