Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in luxury retail (beauty a plus).
• Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
• Passion for the Beauty and Fragrance Industry.
• Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Demonstrates expert styling and brand knowledge.
• Recommends merchandise based on product knowledge and client preferences.
• Graciously handles returns and offers options based on client needs.
• Uses an omnichannel approach to identify and recommend merchandise across channels.
• Utilizes selling tools and store technology to sell across channels effectively.
• Promotes benefits of the AYS program.
• Achieves personal sales and boutique KPI goals.
• Cultivates client relationships through personalized connections.
• Acquires and grows client base through new and existing relationships.
• Strategizes own business and increases productivity through out-of-home selling.
• Utilizes digital tools and mobile devices to connect with clients and expand business.
• Partners with others to provide the best client experience.
• Maintains positive working relationships across the company.
• Follows company policies and completes daily opening/closing checklists.
