Job summary

Diptyque Paris in New York seeks a Brand Ambassador to cultivate relationships through luxury service and deep product knowledge. The role focuses on omnicommerce engagement, exceptional client experiences, and fashion-royalty level service in a premier boutique.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, educating them on merchandise, styling, cross-selling across channels, handling returns with care, and driving boutique KPIs while maintaining a welcoming, high-end environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in luxury retail industry; beauty experience a plus
• Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes clients across all areas of the store
• Connects with clients in a genuine and meaningful way and provides product knowledge
• Educates self and client on merchandise, events, promotions, policy and services
• Recommends merchandise based on product knowledge and client preferences
• Promotes omni-channel selling and achieves boutique KPI goals
• Maintains selling floor, back-of-house tasks and upholds safety precautions
