Diptyque is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver an elevated client experience in a luxury perfume and home fragrance boutique. You will welcome clients, share product knowledge, and build lasting relationships while supporting omni-channel selling and club services.

The role emphasizes authentic storytelling, care, and collaboration with a diverse team. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected to thrive in a boutique setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or beauty.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for fragrance, beauty, and client connection.
• Comfort with digital tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients and create a warm, elevated environment
• Share product knowledge in a personalized and inspiring way
• Support omni-channel selling and promote the At-Your -Service program
• Recommend products based on client preferences and brand expertise
• Achieve individual and boutique sales goals
• Build and maintain a strong client base through personalized outreach
• Use digital tools to stay connected and follow up with clients
• Take initiative to grow business beyond the boutique
• Support daily operations including stock, merchandising, and cleanliness
• Follow company policies and complete opening/closing procedures
• Assist with visual merchandising and inventory management
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
• Partner with colleagues to deliver exceptional service
• Communicate effectively and support team goals
