Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goal targets (daily, monthly, yearly)
• Build genuine client relationships to hit core KPIs
• Maintain client relationships with after-sales service
• Open and close consignments; process returns and exchanges
• Support daily operations: cash register, visuals, inventory
• Communicate effectively and build partnerships with clients, peers, and management
• Develop business-driving initiatives, contests and events
• Coach and train sales team as needed
