Peter Millar in North Carolina is seeking a strategic Brand Activation Manager, Lifestyle to lead the lifestyle activation strategy across social media, experiential marketing, and cultural touchpoints.

This role will shape how consumers discover, engage with, and experience Peter Millar through elevated storytelling, immersive brand experiences, and thoughtfully crafted moments that deepen connection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in brand marketing, social/experiential or integrated marketing.
• Experience leading campaigns from concept to execution.
• Experience with luxury/fashion/lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Experience planning consumer activations and events.
• Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and storytelling.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Lifestyle Social Strategy and Activation Calendar to drive engagement.
• Develop social and content strategies for campaigns and launches.
• Shape lifestyle storytelling rooted in craftsmanship and modern luxury.
• Identify trends and platform innovations to stay relevant.
• Translate campaigns into integrated content and experiences.
• Collaborate with Creative to elevate brand relevance.
• Lead activation calendar with experiential marketing and events.
• Partner with Influencer, PR, Retail, Digital, Brand Management, and Creative teams.
• Monitor performance and use insights to inform future plans.
• Manage agencies, production, venues, and partners.
