The ideal candidate will excel in clienteling, brand presentation, inventory control, and operational excellence, delivering a hospitality-first experience that builds lasting relationships with local clients and visitors.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary fashion.
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of luxury customer service and clienteling.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience with retail POS and inventory management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the boutique to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Oversee daily boutique operations including inventory, payroll, and reporting.
• Maintain beautiful visual presentations and seasonal merchandising updates.
