Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Associates during the sales process by preparing product information, organizing inventory, and ensuring that displays are properly maintained.
• Greet and engage with customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Brand timepieces, features, and brand history to answer inquiries.
• Manage stock levels to ensure products are available for presentations.
• Prepare sales documents, including appraisals, receipts, and warranty information.
• Coordinate repairs and servicing requests with customers and internal teams.
• Keep the sales floor and showcases presentable and clean according to brand standards.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing CRM entries, and following up with customers.
