Job summary

Longchamp USA seeks a Sales Associate for its New Jersey boutique. You will uphold standards for customer service, drive sales, and manage merchandising, POS transactions, and loss prevention in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma or GED with relevant retail experience, 3+ years in high-end retail, solid product knowledge, and proficiency with POS systems and MS Office; travel to other boutiques may be required, and flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with a degree in Retail, Fashion or related field or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years’ experience in high-end retail, boutique or sales.
• Familiar with inventory, sales experience and merchandising workflows.
• Proficient with Cegid for sales, returns, CRM, reports, and registers; knowledge of UPS system; and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maximize sales by advising clients to purchase Longchamp products.
• Maintain product knowledge and merchandise care information.
• Greet, serve and advise clients with excellent service and a friendly attitude.
• Handle cash/credit card transactions and POS duties accurately.
• Assist with merchandising, stock, and floor moves; support loss prevention.
