Job summary

Longchamp USA Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate for our boutique in Short Hills, NJ. This role reports to the Store Manager and operates as a Non-Exempt, full-time team member in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, managing POS transactions, and supporting merchandising, stock, and loss prevention with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with related retail experience.
• Minimum of three years in high-end retail or boutique sales.
• Knowledge of inventory, sales processes, and merchandising.
• Proficiency with Cegid transactions and POS operations.
• Ability to travel between boutiques if needed and work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
• Maintain product knowledge and merchandising standards.
• Process transactions accurately at POS and manage returns/exchanges.
• Assist with floor moves, stock, and visual displays.
• Maintain cleanliness and store standards per policy.
