Job summary

Wolford is seeking a Part-Time Luxury Sales Associate to join our boutique in New York City. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion and delivering an elevated customer experience with sophistication.

You will drive sales, maintain the boutique presentation, manage POS transactions, build client relationships, and participate in trainings. Prior luxury retail and strong communication are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience, luxury or premium brand preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and retail technology.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and sales-driven.
• Professional presentation and adherence to dress code.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with knowledgeable, personalized service.
• Actively drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and client outreach.
• Maintain and grow a client book and relationships with customers.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and KPI targets.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and in-store presentation.
• Support inventory management including deliveries and stock organization.
• Maintain a pristine boutique environment including selling floor and stockroom.
• Handle POS transactions with accuracy and end-of-day procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings on product knowledge and service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Assist with pricing, returns/exchanges, and admin tasks.
• Maintain loss prevention awareness and security standards.
